I’ve answered the most common customer questions below.

Orders & Products

Q: What type of work do you do?
A: I create designs for my apparel and accessory line. I also do custom shirt orders.

Note: I currently only work with DTF transfers on apparel. Screen Printing will be added in the future.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a sizing with measurements.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders for in stock merchandise are processed when received and shipped out no later than the next business day.

Once USPS receives the item, you can expect the following time frames for delivery depending on the shipping speed you selected:

  • First Class Mail: 3–5 business days

  • Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy and holiday seasons.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, I only ship within the United States.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

Product Care

Q: How do I care for my shirts?
A: To keep your shirt looking its best:

Machine wash cold, Gentle Cycle, & inside out.

Use mild detergent.

Do not bleach.

Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

Iron inside out with dry heat on low.
