Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a sizing with detailed measurements.

Q: Are your shirts pre-shrunk?
A: Most of my shirts are made with pre-shrunk cotton or cotton blends, but a small amount of natural shrinkage may still occur after washing. Please follow care instructions on the product label.

💳 Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

📦 Shipping

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed in 5-7 business days then shipped via USPS:

• First Class Mail: 3–5 business days

• Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

• Priority Express: 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy seasons.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, I only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, free of smoke damage and in original condition. Please see our [Return & Exchange Policy] for full details.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Yes, exchanges are available within 14 days if stock is available. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Please email me within 7 days at bansheebabydesign@gmail.com with photos.

👕 Product Care

Q: How do I care for my t-shirt?
A: To keep your shirt looking its best:

• Machine wash cold, Gentle Cycle, & inside out.

• Use mild detergent.

• Do not bleach.

• Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.

• Iron inside out with dry heat on low.
