Return & Exchange Policy

I want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

  • Returns Deadline: 30 Days from delivery

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, Free from Smoke damage, and in its original condition (TAG INTACT)

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Custom or personalized orders.

    • Clearance or final sale items.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for different sizes or colors (subject to stock availability).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after I receive and inspect your return.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours at bansheebabydesign@gmail.com with photos of the issue so I can make it right.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email bansheebabydesign@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and reason for the return/exchange. I will provide instructions on where to ship your item.
